What was the reason to make the pharmacy sign bigger and brighter and make the krogers sign smaller and darker..cant even read the store name on the building..Employee at check out lock the screens after paying..why??? what is the reason" cardi b voice"! This shopping center lost all business krogers please be on that list 🤣

This location has been going downhill steadily since the Fairview location closed. Shelves look like a hurricane hit, checkouts backed up. They just reduced their hours again. Decatur needs more grocery options.

Employees are very nice and welcoming. I love the diversity of all products and items. Good quality!

When a company does not care enough to improve its problems over profits something will suffer, unfortunately with the pharmacy its the customers. After two years of trying to work with them I have to move on!!!

This review just went from 5 stars to 1! I just walked out after some of the most rude treatment I've ever seen, the lady behind the customer service counter just flipped out telling me it was closed and has been all day and would be the rest of the night! Honestly if a man talked to me like that we would have a real problem.
I just called to speak to a manager but obviously no one is answering the phones, trust me Kroger you have not heard the end of this!
You need to control your rude, ignorant employees on what customer service is! Let me know how that goes for you...
