I was very disappointed by a newly appointed Manager, Mr. Disney, on a rainy and cold Thursday, February, 3, 2022, with a weather warning on Thursday evening. While being 2nd in line, I anticipated getting in and out in less than 10 minutes, tops. The Michael, in Customer Service, had a customer with many transactions. The line continues to grow longer, one customer even walked out. I asked Mr. Disney, "Who is the manager?, " He proudly said, " 'I am." Then I said, " 'Well sir, as you can see the line is getting longer. Michael needs some help.' " Mr Disney, then saids, " 'We are short of help because of Covid. ' " I thought to myself, but you are the Manager; who can't see that Michael needs your help. After Michael completed my transaction, I gave him a tip. The expression on Michael's face was palpable. All employees need gratitude for a job well done. Michael, you should receive an award for your patience with 2 customers with extended needs, while watching the line grow in Customer Service; and not getting anxious. The manager, Mr. Disney, needs an MBWA, Management By Walking Around strategy. Therefore, the low score is because Mr. Disney needed to be conscientious of every aspect of Kroger and then act with reasonable care. The cigarettes were not that important, sir!

This store will NOT answer it's phones. I tried for 48 hours before after my 20-something-th call finally reached them thru the Kroger customer service phone number. That was a runaround in itself, but ultimately got them on the phone for me. How can they NOT answer the phone? Truly remarkable.

It's a clean Kroger and the staff there is friendly the only problem I have with it is hard to find what you're looking for because where you typically think a product would be it's nowhere near that area so I spend more time looking for what I need
