Awesome! Price was good and service was excellent. Called them for a flea problem. Brian came right over to do an inspection that day. Dan did the service, and he is the best. Very professional. After he left the first time I never saw another bug again.

Field staff is great. Knight has become BugOut and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They’ve lost their personal touch by decentralizing their phone center. I will look for alternatives next time.

Knight Pest Control, aka Arrow  Environmental Services, does an excellent job. I have been using them for 4 years and never had a problem with them. They have wonderful employees who have always been friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I have cats and they can treat my home/yard with chemicals that are safe to use around pets. I get my home/yard treated 4 times a year. If I have any issues after they come I can call them and they will come back at no charge and treat again. I highly recommend them.

They were good about working on a better price. After that, communication in this company is poor. Don't arrive on time. Don't return calls and a/c and heat was working before they came, now doesn't work at all. Should have let the rodents run free, would have costs less. Very disappointed in this experience and they are working under Arrows name. I would not recommend.

I called Knight since a realtor had recommended them for a termite/pest inspection on a house I had under contract in early 2018. I didn't purchase that house after all. But, the tech made a great impression, so that's why I called them for service on a different home over a year later. I set up an appointment easily and the salesman Dale came to chat with me 10/4. It took almost a week for Colleen, the technician to come for my first treatment on 10/10. I'm very pleased with this company. I only wish that it would've been possible to be given a ballpark quote by phone beforehand and also go straight to having service done without needing 2 appointments. Taking time off work twice when I don't work near my home was disappointing. I guess all pest control companies do things this way, but I wish it were different.
(Update 10/26/19: I'd like to add a note to the owner that it may have taken a week for treatment because of my schedule not allowing me to be home earlier than 10/10, and no fault of the technician.)
