Came in looking for a particular type of screw for my guitar. I was immediately helped by an employee who was very helpful. He even had me bring my guitar in to check the fit before sending me off. Super helpful staff with a large selection of hardware and other things. Would definitely shop here again.

I and my family have been buying paint and supplies from here for over 50 years. Tom the paint guy is always helpful as well as the rest of the employees. Feel good supporting a local business, worth the few cents more.

Well took our Snow blower in this year to get serviced like we do every year.. so they had to ship it to Oshkosh due to lack of a service professional.. well got it back and it's leaking what appears to be oil.. obviously something was not tightened properly.. was asked to start it.. nope.. starting a machine that is leaking oil could cause the engine to explode.. no thanks.. paid over $200 dollars for maintenance repairs and still got the shaft.. never had any issues with the service department before in over 40 years..
