Ever since Kelly was bought out by Bug Out we have been very disappointed. The termite technicians are still very good and some of the same people as before. However the monthly or quarterly service is abysmal. You always have a different technician showing up at your house. Many of them have to call some one else for guidance. You get one good one and he says he will be your regular service guy only to never see him or her again. We have had it and are looking to change.
