Mr Felder was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional which I appreciated. I didn't feel uncomfortable when he came in to assess the situation and he made sure he went through the entire house and gave us suggestions under the mouse problem was handled.  He also made frequent check-ins through text message/calls to find out the progress of the elimination of the mice.
He was also willing to provide suggestions based on the feedback he got from me after his visit and continued to work with me until the problem was eliminated completely.

Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided a thorough service from start to finish. He answered all of our questions, met all of our needs and continued to follow up after the service was complete. Steven the exterminator who treated my apartment was extremely thorough! He went through every room, every closet, every nook and cranny looking for droppings, patching up holes and putting down bait.  It’s been a week and I have not seen any evidence of a single mouse when inspecting the places they previously were (under sink, oven, fridge, closets)! My mice problem is completely eradicated!.  And I am truly thankful! Steven also followed up with me to make sure all was good. If I had seen anything (I didn’t) he would’ve come back to finish the job. We have been doing business with Steve now for 10 years since the purchase of our house. On the start we had a rodent and pest issue as soon as we settled into our home. Steve came recommended from a family member right on time. He explain everything upfront no tricks or gimmicks just a straight guy.

Throughout the years we had different issues ranging from a pest, rodents, and a minor Bee problem.( Queens NY has it shares of animal kingdom). Each time Steve was called and the problem was resolved. We still have him comeback once a year for maintenance ... don't want any unwanted visitors no matter how many legs they got.

I will say it again. He his a straight up guy. Good price, Respectful and he explains everything up front. Thats how you do business.
