  I asked 3 companies for estimates to resolve a mouse problem. RJS came first to look at the situation, made a detailed proposal, and sent an email stating what they would do and quoting a reasonable price.. As soon as I accepted they scheduled for the next day and also set up the other appointments at that time. Their office seems very well organized. and their technician did a very thorough job. One other company quoted a high price but would not give details or a written estimate. The other came to look and seemed like they were a good company but then took a lot of time and decided they were too busy to do the job.

  Over my many years in the hospitality industry I can truly say RJS is the premier pest control company in New York. Their commitment to the client and their ability to use technology to meet operational goals is outstanding. Customer service is outstanding. I have received follow-up calls on weekends from support staff during their off hours. Just outstanding overall.

  RJS Pest Service has shown me that they are more than just your typical exterminators. I have been dealing with Hunter and he has been very responsive to all of our needs. We just recently received our SQF Level 2 certification and during the audit process, Hunter was there all the way with us from beginning to end. I do thank RJS for going above and beyond to provide such great service and will highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a honest and fair company.
