  1. Good quality service & personnel, on time and perform as advertised. 👍👍 2. My residential quarter-yearly general pest control service contract auto- renews annually. Price went up approximately 20% this year in my instance. Contract also requires full payoff for all remaining unused quarterly service visits for the contract year plus a written 30 day notice to terminate. 👎🏻👎🏻 3. Marketing heavy business model with yearly “free termite inspection”. Not sure why that’s not part of regular quarterly service. A “high retail” priced (compared to comparable Angi’s list quotes for exact brand system) termite protection system with ongoing maintenance offer was then proposed to me. I’m sure the termite service does work well. 😐

We would never require you to pay for services that we have not completed and we do offer a free annual termite inspection performed by a licensed termite specialist.   I am very confident with the work done by my technician, Austin Denney. I like the Company's guarantee for my satisfaction but doubt I would ever need to ask for a return visit. I am happy with the Company's scheduled service without me having to call. All positive.

  We have been customers of Joshua's Pest Control for the last few years. They recently sent a technician out to do an annual termite inspection and things got very fishy quickly. Before the appt, the tech called me making sure I'd be home. When I explained I wasn't but my husband was, he became adamant that I be there and/or that he could call me if he found anything. I told him he could speak with my husband who had the same decision making abilities for the home as I do. Fast forward to me getting a call from my husband; this technician is claiming we have termites, shows him "termite damage", says he's caught it "just in time" and that we need to sign up RIGHT NOW for an $1800 treatment plan to begin in 2 days. Very high pressure and fear-based sales tactics. We declined and sent him away. I had a second opinion today from a company recommended by our realtor; told them nothing about our experience at Joshua's. After a thorough inspection, they declared that we had zero termite issues and, in fact, they could see when our last treatment was (just before we purchased our home) and we weren't even due for another couple of years. After his clean report, I showed him the supposed "termite damage" which was nothing more than a flaw in the wood beam. All this to say: use Joshua's Pest Control at your own risk. I am appalled that as a long-term customer they were so quick to attempt fraud like this. Total scam.
