Clean and organized store. Very helpful staff.  I stopped in to create a charcuterie tray the the deli staff made recommendations and let us try some samples. Everything they suggested was awesome.

Nice deli selection.  Great seafood.  My only complaint would be to bring back the salad bar.  It doesn't matter to me if you have an employee serve up my salad bar for me as extra precautionary measures.  I wouldn't even mind wearing a mask while I'm up at the salad bar. There are options for getting it up and running again.  I hope your considering it.  Even a salad bar "to go "   would be better then no salad bar. Right now I don't believe there is a salad bar in town.

The Hy-Vee in Winona was pretty nice love there great bakery selection of deserts and bread. Almost all of there products bare higher priced than most grocery stores but over all a great experience. If you want a real treat go to the new Hy-Vee in Eau Claire that one is 5 stars. It smells and looks amazing.

Love the poke bowl and sushi, if they have California rolls. Good bread too. Friendly cashiers. Deli lady at the sushi area on Sundays is a sarcastic, mean girl tho. Otherwise, great store.

I like this store but the prices, like so many other places, has sky rocketed!!  This may seem trivial to some but I got use to the low prices and good deals at this store so now that I see the prices raises it is hard to take.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores.  In the past it was open 24 hours, which was awesome, but now it's open until midnight daily.  I work an odd shift and wish it was open later, but that's really my only complaint.  The staff is friendly and they're always very helpful if you have a question or can't find something.  The store is usually clean, minus the pallets/piles of boxes when they're restocking the shelves.  They've stayed pretty well stocked throughout the covid19 pandemic, though sometimes their selection of items is more limited than usual.  Between sales and fuel saver bonuses, there's always good deals to be had.  Do yourself a favor, avoid Walmart and get your groceries at HyVee or Midtown.

Hy-vee Winona Location has the absolute best team. Always friendly and willing to assist. Store is clean with carts always available. Meat dept has a good decent priced selection. Frozen stays pretty neatly stocked even witb items you're looking for. Hy-vee Produce is my go to, fresh variety. Check outs are sometimes long but they seem to have many open and get through in a fashionable time or you can always use the self service option. My go to shopping even for household items.

Theres always something tasty and new to find in this supermarket. One day it can be cotton candy grapes, the next it can be italian style gelato, and if your a frequent customer than you'll be able to take advantage of the meat and sea food bargains that last a few hours to a day or two. This supermarket, mixes up traditional supermarkets along with a more modern touch without loosing its wholesome family feel. Their fruits and veggies are always fresh and their meats and seafood are always sold at fair and affordable prices. They have an entire frozen section just for pizza, I mean wow! Kawabunga! However, the baggers do their best to bag your items correctly but usually fall short, so I usually bag my own groceries to avoid meat being bagged with ice cream or dish soap bagged with eggs. I'm sure this is not done intentionally, as they always work so hard to make sure your taken care of as a customer. I'm sure a little training would go a long way. Besides that, this place is my favorite place to go grocery shopping. On halloween they gave out free reusable hy-ve bags with candy inside for the kids. These people really care.
