  Amazing service. Very impressed with communication and attention to detail by this nice, courteous Florida native. Came out within hours of my calling, and did a perimeter examination. Found droppings, went up into the attic, sealed entry points and placed traps. Checked back in a few days, and removed one deceased rat. A few days later, no sprung traps, so left just one trap. I can call within a year if additional critters are evident.

  I called on a Saturday, and Johnny returned my call within 2 hours. He came out, did an inspection of the attic, and explained exactly what he would do and what the cost would be. It's great to work with someone who is so straightforward! Within a week, the critters were gone. Very professional, very knowledgeable - I highly recommend.
