  Was given 1 estimate when we needed a small dent repaired on right side fender.. When we dropped the vehicle off to have the dent repaired- was given a totally different(higher) estimate.. When we went to get vehicle- ended up paying a different(3rd) price.. For a small dent(hardly noticeable)- over $5xx.xx Suppose to receive veteran discount as advertised on the website-- not stated on the overall cost.. And my husband is a 10 yr veteran.. Very very disappointed with this situation. Will take future business elsewhere- should there be a next time

  We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your service. We gave multiple estimates as your husband added more damage repair each time he came in. The original estimate was for two doors and two fenders, and then you called and asked to have part of it removed. We gave him another estimate when he dropped the vehicle to include only those repairs. The estimate did not include his 10% veteran discount. The final cost was less than any of the estimates because the discount was included at payment. The final cost to you was less than any of the estimates. We also did a few courtesy touch ups at no charge. We would be glad to go over the estimate line by line if you want to contact us. We explained to your husband at pickup why the entire invoice was cheaper. We would have been glad to speak with you this morning, but no one expressed any concerns.
