  My technician is an outstanding young man first who knows his product. He was able to set me up with counseling and additional services on the spot. The call in process was seem less as well. Additionally, I recommended them to my daughter and they gladly gave her my referral discount. This company is all about customer service.

  I am very pleased with my first pest service from HomeTeam. Ethan was on time, professional, and very friendly. He listened to all of my concerns and carefully addressed every bug problem I had, especially with the black ants I've been struggling with. The level of detail was outstanding as he tracked the slow ants across two rooms, out into the garage, and into a hole in the slab to get the nest. Needless to say, I haven't seen a single ant since then. While HomeTeam is slightly more expensive than our previous company (+$23/qtr), so far the level of service outweighs the increase in price, so I'm comfortable with the 5-star rating.
