We have a service contract with HomeTeam Pest, where they come out quarterly to provide pest control treatment. We have used this company for more than seven years and have always been extremely impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer service. They're definitely a top notch company and one that we highly recommend.

HomeTeam has serviced our home for the last four years. We have no complaints. They come if we need them. I've never called and not spoke to a human. The service techs are always friendly and helpful.

I saw an undesirable insect at the threshold of my door knocking to come in and I immediately called Home Team.  The customer service member on the phone call was reassuring and prompt.  They were able to explain the contract and services in detail.   They sent a team member, Morgan, out in a couple days which was a big relief.  Morgan was knowledgeable and helpful.  He answered every question we had about starting services and had a lot of experience in terms of years and the location of our home.  We have been satisfied with this start of service.

TJ was the technician that came out to treat my home he was very courteous and professional. He spot treated inside and outside my home. Would definitely recommend him to potential home team pest defense clients.

Contacted the HomeTeam office for a consultation and the representative was very thorough explaining the process. Quarterly system and payment which is reasonable. What I particularly like is the Taexx system.  No need to come inside and spray it’s all done from the outside box and goes into the walls of your home.  If you want inside spraying, they will do that as well. Our technician, Morgan did a comprehensive job and at this point we have not seen any critters.  Thanks to the HomeTeam.

I have been a customer for just over 5 years and have been extremely pleased with the service and product. Our technician is a dream. She communicates her plans for service, makes suggestions, and is very good and coordinating service. Besides being great at her job she is very sweet and a pleasure to work with.

The corporate office is just as accommodating. I’ve had the need to call only a few times over the years but each time I’ve had a request they have bent over backwards to meet my request.

The icing on the cake is that my home has almost literally been bug free for 5 years. I could not have wished for better service and with absolutely no plans to switch providers as long as I own this home.
