Johnathan was exceptionally thorough. He took his time going through every inch of my yard and outside of the home for insects and creatures. I feel so secure knowing my pets and grandchildren can play outside safely. The customer service is second to none. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was referred to Home Team by my cousin. I called them, and the customer service rep took my information for someone to call me back. Within an hour a young man called me back to get some information and set up my appointment. Tom Harradine came out to service my home, and he was simple amazing. He explained everything to me, and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. He was very fast and effective. Plus, He gave me his card to call him anytime I need too before my next service. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough nice things about this company! I was able to set up all of my service with Autumn via text and email! As someone who hates talking on the phone, this was an absolute bonus in my book! In addition to Autumn’s professionalism, she was able to answer all of my questions and set up service to commence the SAME week! Then, if things couldn’t get any better, they happened to send Marquis to our door to be our serviceman. Marquis is the definition of gentleman. His politeness and knowledge of his field are unprecedented, and his work ethic is unparalleled! If you’re looking for the BEST service in town, HomeTeam is your ONLY answer!
