  Salesman was decent. Used their creditor, put it in my name. Showed for the initial treatment- killed our fish. Follow up wasn’t scheduled by me or communicated to me. Rescheduled follow up error on their part. Third date that week, have a witness that nothing was taken into the house for treatment to be completed. Got about a dozen bites within days. Husband called management- arranged for the second visit to occur Saturday- in addition to the witness, our recliner’s weren’t moved for treatment and logged time at our property was minutes. Following Saturday- no one shows until almost 5pm- initial appointment was 1-3. Was sitting in our neighbors driveway having a slushy and smoking a cigarette. Tried to treat the house with our pets in it, and showed my husband where he wasn’t even communicated the appointment until after 3pm. No one followed up from the company. Over 30 phone calls over the next 3 weeks- before I filed a BBB complaint- even on the BBB complaint the regional manager notes that he will contact my husband for a resolution, I was the sole customer, and no I did not go off every single time I called. Finally, I get a VP who cancels the managers follow up that day, and sends an agreement with a communication clause in order to obtain my refund for the service they never provided- I am not allowed to speak negatively of the company if I sign it. This has now gone on for 10 weeks. I am out over 2000$ With this company in addition to our costs to actually treat the issue (not even considering that our furniture was brand new when service was sought- prior furniture was the origin). If you read the BBB reviews, company site reviews, and google reviews, there is a long pattern of what I have been through. Begging you to do research for yourself no matter how desperate you are.

  Came out to spray twice- still have ants. Paid almost $300. Use Orkin they’re cheaper and had our problem resolved in one spray!

  The technician did a wonderful job explaining the treatments and plan. On the first two visits,the technician sprayed and put out Bait. On the third visit, the technician looked closer at the issue and did not treat but rescheduled three days later. On the rescheduled visit, the technician never showed up and never provided a courtesy call. I called the office and a manager was never available and never provided a callback.
