We went to Holts Ace Hardware to possibly purchase a sofa.  They had a great selection of sofas, from fabric, leather, traditional, sectionals & reclining sofas.  We took our time, trying out a number of sofas.  Once we decided on the sofa, Phillip was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.  He also  scheduled us for delivery the following morning.  We could not have been more pleased with our purchase and the service we received.  Holts' should give Phillip a raise!  Thanks so much!

I’ll start by saying customer service is on point at the Ace Hardware in Ellijay. Whether I’m buying my work boots or nails they always help me find the right products with ease. Much rather use them than big chain stores. Mack runs a good business and he can be seen all the time and will not hesitate to help you find what you need.

Went in to ace yesterday to buy some canning jars a new rifle and scope. After walking around the whole store looking for jars and passing numerous employees and no one asked if I needed help I finally found where the jars were. Went in the gun section walked up to the counter and 3 employees behind the counter and no one asked if they could help walked over to shotgun section where another employee was and he didn’t offer to help walked around that section 4 times while continuing to go to the counters and nobody wanted to help. Really disappointing drove all the way from talking rock just because my father in law use to shop at this store on a regular basis before he passed away and talked about how good the store was. Nice store but poor service

Beautiful, clean store with huge variety of merchandise. Awesome friendly employees,  very nice clothing selection! Purchased 2 women's blouses, unique, love them!

Was able to find everything needed to start vegetable garden this year. Everything is neatly located near front doors.

This Ace has you covered from head to foot and in several other areas. You can clothes shop while your hubby does his hardware shopping.  They also have furniture too, inside and outside furniture.

I just went in to browse.
So surprised to see all the departments, with just about anything you want, and I mean furniture, clothing, cookware, hunting items, and all things hardware and auto and building material! Too much to name!
There were sales associates everywhere offering assistance!
I was amazed.... I'll surely be back to visit again and spread the word to my friends!
