I've tried several pest control services but Havard is far better than any of the others I've used.

Zero stars. We got their gold plan and the person who originally came out the first time was new and did not do everything he was supposed to. He said he would come back but never did so we had to call then they came back out and finished what they were supposed to do the first time. In our plan they are supposed to come out every few months to spray the inside of the house they never did so we had to call a month after they were supposed to come out. They finally came out but that was last year. Our one year plan is coming to an end and we will NOT be renewing our contract. The only times they have come out were when we called to remind them they had to come out and do what they said they would. It has been around 7 months and they have not come back out to spray the inside nor did they ever return my call when I asked to speak to a manager.
