  At approximately 4:00 pm I ordered items to be delivered to our address. The earliest they indicated they could deliver was 9;00 pm. We waited, paid the delivery fee plus a $5 tip for the driver. At nine o’clock we received a text showing the delivery was made to a house we have never seen. After multiple phone calls, I was told the delivery company had stopped working for the night which means the items I needed desperately (or wouldn’t have paid all those extra charges for) would not be delivered and somebody else got a free gift A refund had better be made but that still isn’t going to get us what we ordered. Their delivery service is sloppy and lazy. DON’T USE IT!!

  Staff wasn't very polite. Managers walk right in front of you without saying anything and employees follow suite. Didn't have a lot of basic things I was looking for. I'll drive further to a different store, sadly
