  bob called me a "tard" and hung up. very unprofessional... and bob did provide me his personal cell phone to call... and didnt state not to call during certain hours

  To our knowledge this was not a customer, but someone using a fake caller ID calling a personal cell phone at 6:30 in the evening. If you are a customer please call out office and we will be happy to help you.
