After admiring a neighbors yard for several years I saw a service sign in the yard and wrote the phone number down, a few years later, yes I know procrastination is a fault of mine and my lawn paid for it. After using two different companies one of which charged me for lawn service but oddly enough my security cameras never saw them on my lawn I called Gene. By this time my lawn is a mess. After three treatments I can see my lawn coming back even though the growing season really hasn't started. I'm very please with the service and communication with Gene. I'm looking forward to this summer and having a beautiful lawn again thanks to Green Land Lawn Pest Control!

I've used Gene now for a couple of years.  My lawn has never looked better. You get what you pay for and I've seen other companies show up and do a half-hearted effort with their regular service.  Gene and his team take the time to get results.  I couldn't be happier with my results and I highly recommend!

I've had several companies since 1980 and since I hired Green Land 10 yrs ago for 2 different properties I couldn't be happier. Dependable, great business ethics and very honest. Green Land also charges less than the last 3 companies I ended up firing. Our home just won Yard of the Month from our HOA!

Gene did a good job at first. Then he started to send his son around and our lawn kept getting in worse shape every month. Come to find out we have a bad fungus that wasn't diagnosed or treated. When we brought things to their attention they always tried to blame it on not getting enough water. After all the business we got them I am totally disgusted. Only left 1 star because I had to to post.

We are sorry you were not satisfied with our service, though we tried to treat your lawn in the best way possible. There was not any fungus on the yard but instead, there were dry spots. We were told by your husband that he put iron fertilizer on the yard which was the cause of the damage to your yard. The damage would have taken several months to be restored regardless of how we treated it. In fact, fungus is often caused by over watering. But your yard was dry so it definitely did not have fungus. The reason we constantly mentioned the importance of watering your lawn is because it is actually an extremely important element in making your lawn healthy and green.
We always try to do everything we can to make sure our customers are satisfied with their lawns.

Best guy ever! I just called him because it looks like we have a problem in the lawn and he is coming tomorrow. We have been using them for close to five years and our grass looks good all the time, This is the first problem we have ever had with the grass.
