  We had an issue with mice, and had worked with Doug in the past. He did an excellent job at solving the problem. More importantly, he was incredibly professional, respectful, courteous and hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Doug and Green Flash again.

  The communication between the pest control techs and their office is terrible. There've been a lot of instances of miscommunication in the last several months I've used them. The techs will promise certain services at fixed prices and then the company will charge me for services the tech said come included with the package I already paid for. Then it's a hectic back and forth argument with customer service over email to straighten it out. I'm honestly amazed they have such a high rating. In their defense, besides inconsistent billing, their techs tend to be good at their jobs and friendly. Their roach spray kills the roaches. But other pest control companies in the area have high ratings as well and probably honor their promised prices. You'd probably be better off going with one of them.

  Raul was super great! He was kind and knowledgeable about our situation and offered suggestions and advice regarding the different options available to us. Most importantly, he was genuine and didn't try to sell us a service that we didn't need. He also weighed our options and gave us pros and cons. I will be sure to contact Green Flash again and refer you to our friends and family because of Raul's wonderful customer service. Thank you so much, Raul!! It was great to meet you.
