  In January, we purchased our first home. One week later we had baby. Four months later we had a sewage water disaster that wrecked our living situation for the next 3 solid months. Grayson Recovery was there for us from day 1. We spoke to Derek over the phone and he was SO friendly and quickly sent John over to assess and repair the damages. John was nothing short of amazing. He was professional, friendly, and had the house safe our baby as quickly as possible. The entire staff went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful. Thank you all for helping our new family in this time of need!

  Was planning a 5 star review due to Grayson's service but had to remove a star as it's been painful to get a proper invoice after the fact taking me multiple weeks and still going. The service was stellar. The techs that came out to take care of the issue were professional, informative, and performed their job very well. Not a single complaint about the service. In the end I'd give the service 5 stars and my experience with their office 3 stars coming out to 4 stars for an overall review.

  The Grayson Recovery team was professional and friendly! They took very good care of our home and belongings. Derek was prompt in responding and answering all of our questions. I highly recommend them!
