I came shopping the other day specifically for a Birthday cake in the Bakery Department. The two young gals in the dept. were talking about their personal stuff! I waved my arm to get their attention , one of them walked closer to the counter but continued to look @ the other one and they chatted back & forth, totally ignoring me as a potential customer! Since I didn't have time to wait, I walked away w/o ordering one of their cakes which, by the way, aren't cheap! Then I went to the grocery aisle & bought a boxed cake & icing! This happens much too often to customers who sincerely want to patronize the store but are 'turned off' by the lack of attention in that Bakery Dept.!

Clean store, very disorganized. smaller store from most giants. For a grocery store, they have decent fruit and meats. Cronuts donuts are what I always buy (only at giant) .

Buying produce here is always a gamble. The strawberries are always look like they're about to spoil and theyre always on a "sale" so thats probably why.

This is one of the worst Giant Stores.Coplay, PA selling expired food items. Or items that expire in one-two days from purchase. Deli department is horrible. They are never able to slice meats correctly as ordered through app or kiosk.. I mean doesn’t Thin mean thin and Shredded mean shredded? Always have four people in the department but, only one is Ugh actually serving customers!!?? Also, product availability oh 😯 they are always out on multiple sale items and can offer  a rain check but, never can tell when/or if the products are going to be available again.. While checking out Always, always check your receipt. (Can’t stress this enough) Check your receipt for over charges.. most, not All but most cashiers are over scanning items during checkout. This is a issue everywhere when someone else cashes you out.. self check out service isn’t that great either.. very unprofessional and incompetent.. this stores poor quality of customer service as far up to the kid jermey (supposed store manager)!! Definitely, defining of inability to generate quality customer assistance and service to all the stores customers!!
The best department in this Giant is probably the bakery!! I’ve had a few amazing cakes made there. Again, product Availability is not so great.. Oh and that new machine Marty, is terrible.. It gets in customers way. Extremely  very inconvenient..!
