All I wanted was a quote for pre-emergent. It was like pulling teeth. She asked when I had it sprayed last; why does that matter? Whether I spray myself or had another company do it, or pull the weeds myself, will that affect the pricing? I own the easement behind my duplex. I was told they cannot "step foot" on the easement because it might belong to other people - NO. I own the entire easement. The lady who called me didn't grasp that concept. She hung up on me when I tried to (for the 3rd time) explain the concept of the easement needing to be sprayed as it's MY LAND. For the same price I'll stick with HPC.
