My family moved into an apartment and after a few weeks discovered that it was infested with bedbugs. . these guys came right out and did a quick inspection and were very nice. Everyone that we spoke with and dealt with were very nice. They brought bed covers and even put all of our bedding in bags to be washed. Very very good at what they do.

Man was completely unprofessional. Had miscommunication with leasing office and decided to get an attitude with me when I wasn’t in the loop with what was going on. I have called three times about having a flea problem, and this is the fourth time that nothing has been done. I don’t know about you, but I’m not sure if sticky traps are meant for fleas. He claimed he didn’t see a single flee when he was here the ONE OUT OF 3 TIMES but I was able to catch a whole glass full of fleas in 3 minutes off a COUCH. This company is a joke.

You indicated that you live at Westview Acres. We do not provide the service to that apartment community. I believe you have the wrong company.

I got tired of mice getting in from time to time and decided to hire a professional pest control service to handle it. They said they would inspect the house for ways the mice were getting in, stuff those holes and put down poison, which they did. There was an initial visit, then they schedule two follow-up appointments after, a week apart. They did that, but I was still seeing mice and evidence of their presence (moved stick traps that I had bought, some were caught in snap traps I provided as well.) It was clear though that weeks, 8 weeks later there were still mice in my basement. I thought for sure that for $300 they would look above ceilings, behind walls where possible to see if they could find a nest, but never did that. Just restocked the poison and tried looking for more holes into the house. For a poison that supposedly works on the neurological systems of mice in 24 hours, two months later seems like a long time to be dealing with the issue or is a sign of a larger problem that I would think the pros would be able to help figure out. Anyways, now almost four mo the later, I am back to snap traps and glue traps and thinking I wasted $300. I don't recommend them if you have mice.
