Arrived in the window they specified. Introduced themselves and gave a business card upon first greeting. THOROUGHLY sprayed in and around the house (mind you we have both an attic and a basement). Very happy with their courteous business mannerisms. Addressed all my 4 year olds silly questions/comments. Will definitely recommend them to you and friends/family.
