Great company always on time, I am with them as a monthly services living on long island there are a lot of ants.  They always send the same tech which is nice so he knows the property and typically where to treat.  Carlos is always professional, and answers any questions I have and has even given me some good suggestions.

I've been using fox pest control for close to 5 years and I have had nothing but a great experience with them. Louis, has been our main technician every time we have our house service and he's been great. We had a little sugar ant problem and he was there just when he said he would be. Polite, respectful and personable. He  always remembers to  ask how my wife and kids are. ATTENTION FOX PEST CONTROL. TAKE CARE OF THESES KIND OF EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN.

Danny did an amazing job taking down a wasp nest that was very high up. He responded quickly and did what he had to do to get it down completely. We are very grateful for his help, his time and his quick response. He did not rush the service and made sure to stay till it was taken care of. Danny is pleasant and very helpful and I appreciate him going above and beyond to make sure it was gone. We look forward to having him around to help us with future pest needs.

Luis, has been maintaining my home and does an excellent job in keeping rodents and insects at bay especially living near the woods. Danny did an awesome job with my routine service!  He carefully walked around my house and pointed out any areas that needed attention and worked hard to attend to those areas.  He was very professional and responsive to the needs of my house.  Thank you so much!  :-)

I hired Fox pest control because they are local and located in the island. From the beginning I request they fill less than a quarter inch open by Hvoc wires coming in. Made three attempt to solve it. Three visits,  three months
But I wasn't getting through to anyone. I finally canceled the service via email. I was informed, I  can't cancel the monthly membership via email!!!!! It must be a phone call and I will be charged a cancelation fee!!!!! Which was never mentioned 🤔

I’ve been using Fox since 2014. Unfortunately I noticed today that the price I’ve been charged has changed at least 3x since I first started with Fox. While I certainly understand increasing costs, I’d like to have been told about the increase and given an opportunity to agree to continue with their services. I called today to inquire and was told that it was raised “due to inflation.”  Of course there wasn’t a supervisor to speak to. Asked for a call from the owner and was told the owner doesn’t take calls. Really? May be time to call BBB. At the very least increasing prices to contracted customers is unethical. Very disappointed

Technician Daven serviced my home this week for a termite inspection follow-up.  He checked the bait traps, and replaced one that showed active infestation.  I followed him around, and he was more than courteous, and explained everything regarding the termite life cycle and what to expect.  He explained that he would return in a month for an additional followup, and then immediately sent an email with a summary of the services he performed.  So far, so good with Fox.   They are extremely responsive and efficient.. .thanks!
