  More of this please! The employee to customer level is normally about 2:1! Despite it's small size (I do wish they had more space, carried more stuff), this business does a wonderful job at personalizing service, friendlies and helpfulness. Love and appreciate having a store like this so close to Florence! The prices are decent / OK for an ACE and they carry a lot of feed as well. I think they would do well if they doubled their size - Florence has enough people now to support that. I hope they stay in business and keep doing what they're doing. Thanks for being there Ace Florence!

  I was there several times, there's a cashier(young girl with black har.. I don't know her name) not really nice to people. Kim(the manager) is not friendly. Actually she is grumpy. But there's another lady I dealt was really nice. Actually, employees are really unfriendly and not helpful. Seems like it is poor ownership/management.
