Family dollar was fine as with all stores now they were out of some things I needed. The cashier had her boyfriend There and their discussions were inappropriate for a public place which made it uncomfortable.

Great store friendly environment in my opinion very customer supportive

I have shopped at this store regularly since moving to Romney. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store offers a great selection at an affordable price. I am able to walk to this store and stock up on groceries and other essentials.

Why they would build 2 family dollars in one town i dont know, but they are both okay stores.

Both can be considered great dollar stores, have the same items at the same prices.

The staff is friendly, and helpful when you are trying to find something and don't know where it is.

Some items at the 2 family dollars are cheaper priced than dollar general, but dollar general has better prices on somethings too. Might want to check both dollar general and one of the family dollars if you are trying to save as much money as possible.

I was here today and I must say that  rude women by the name of Tammy is awful! All my mother was trying to do was help her take the hangers off the clothes we were purchasing and she snapped at my mom with a nasty attitude! I also asked before that if the bathroom was working and she snapped at me and said "Our bathroom is not public!" I walked away absolutely the worst service! Go to the one in Romney.

The manager is great. I think it's just sad that they only have 1 person working the whole store because it gets busy then you have a long wait

Dirty store. Inside and out. Parking lot has overflowing trash can. Trash all over parking lot. Disgrace to Romney, WV

The two ladies that work front are super. The manager needs a lesson in how to treat customers with respect and what appropriate language is!

I can usually find what I'm looking for at this Family Dollar. Easy in and out, friendly service.

Very clean store, very helpful staff, and great values.
