  Called extreme pest and termite control for an inspection and possible service, spoke with Craig the owner, he was very detailed in his explanation over the phone. We set up a home visit and Craig showed up in the time frame we agreed to. He did a very thorough inspection and treatment. His service agreement was fair and prices were fair. We had a great experience with this company I would recommend them to anyone.

  Craig showed up on time and let me know about everything he was doing and my concern for our dogs! He was able to give me a senior citizen discount and I would highly recommend Extreme Pest Control!

  We scheduled a termite inspection with this company, and they never showed up. I called them after they were about an hour late (my call went to voicemail) and left a message asking if they were still coming and when we could expect them. No call back. I called again (hours later) and again, I got voicemail. We had another company scheduled for later than day. They were late, but used this magical device called a phone to advise us that they would be arriving about half an hour later than scheduled - however, they did show up. That beats not showing up and ignoring a potential customer. And that's why we signed a contract with them and they have our business now instead of Extreme. Maybe that is short for Extremely Unprofessional, which is what I think they should call their company. By the way, that was 6 days ago and we still have not heard from them. I would give them zero stars if I could.
