  Its a clean facility and the keep your stuff safe. I started renting when it was south cache storage and had a locked in rate, like most storage places have. They raise the rate when you move out to the current cost and charge the new rate to the new tennant. Extra space storage reviews the rates monthly and increases the rate while you are renting with very short notice. In a year and a half they've raised the cost of my storage bay by $59 a month.

  Absolutely the worst storage complex in the valley. Half the time my code don’t work to get in the gate. And I have to call them to get it open. We fell one month behind on our payment and my bill went up over 300 dollars more then the normal. And being threatened to sell all my stuff. I understand they they can’t just sit there with people stuff for free but we have been with them since they were chase valley storage so about 3 years and this is the first time we have ever been late. Their prices are way high and the service that’s provided is not worth the money. Rent else where. I know I will be moving my stuff

  Rented an outdoor parking spot for our enclosed trailer and after a year or so they decided to raise the rent by 25 to 30 percent. I understand raising prices but I could have gave up the spot and rented another spot for $6 less a month in the same facility. They did drop it $5 per month. We also had just rented 4 other indoor units though maybe we could get a bit better price but no chance. Nice place other than that.
