This is scam. I had lanternflies and I called the company the sales person Dan convinced me that they the right treatment for that and wanted to charge me $250 for the fort visit. The treatment was not that effective. I looked into my credit charges and the charged me $373 and another $33 for monthly fees for monthly treatment which I was very clear that I don’t want. What a scammers go to other companies they have better services with very less. There is no paper work or invoices for these charges. I tried to talk to Dan twice again after that and he couldn’t refund me the money…

Very unprofessional. Did not take care of my problem, were paid in full and then was told to handle the problem myself. I was also billed a second time for a job that was never completed. Would not recommend this company to anyone. If I was able to give zero stars that is the rating they would get.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! They were able to send David to my rescue the very next day and he was awesome. Very communicative about when he would arrive and then was very warm and kind and was patient with my million questions/concerns. Of course I hope I never have to use pest control services again.... but if I do, it will be Ehrlich!
