Do NOT hire this company. When we started using them years ago, our technician was wonderful. The last few years, however, have been awful. They never schedule the appointment ahead of time- they just show up. I have asked repeatedly for them to let me know ahead of time when they are coming. It has not happened. When we called to cancel service, they refused to give our money back that we paid the last couple of months- they collect monthly, even though they only come quarterly. So disappointing and frustrating.

Jay the tech is awesome. He has been providing us service for 20 years. Great job always. Corporate itself is lacking. We moved and transferred service to new address. Recommended Jay to buyers of old house. They signed up. We didn’t even get a thank you from corporate. Let alone a referral credit. In fact accounting department is so screwed up that they were charging me for both houses from June through October!!!!!!! They still have not credited my account for the double charges. Please address this immediately. I have requested this 4 times now!!!!

I've never had an issue with Termite's, the previous home owner did. They had the contract prior to me purchasing the residence. I continue to maintain the contract to be safe. They come out and do an annual inspection, they have told me what to look for and what the signs are, and I believe they're a quality service because after they took care of the initial problem we've never had a problem with them since.
