JD was extremely thorough and very professional. He came to my house and did everything in a timely fashion. JD wore a mask and shoe covers. He also talked me through everything that he was doing. I feel so comfortable at home knowing there are no bugs here. I’m very pleased with my appointment today. My window time was between 9 am and 11 am. He showed up at 9:15 am. What a great way to start my day. Eco Shield is amazing.

Since we’ve had EcoShield performing pest service at our home we have noticed a significant reduction in ant and insect activity around our house.  They are prompt, courteous and efficient and back up their claims with results.  JD was the last technician to perform our service and he dispensed his duties in a thorough and professional manner.  As usual, the technicians speak with the homeowner before they service to ascertain if there are any specific issues or concerns that need to be addressed and JD was attentive and complete in answering my questions and tailoring the service that he provided to meet my needs in a friendly and expeditious manner.  Thus far I have been completely satisfied with the services rendered!

While in line at 7 11 I seen a young man by the name of Marshall in uniform. I asked him a few questions about the company he worked for and asked about the type of bugs that they treat. He was very respectful and knowledgeable about the questions that I had asked. He also gave me the number to the job so I could call and set up and appointment for them to come out and check my home for the bugs I have seen around my house. I was sitting on my porch when politely approached by a uniformed man from EcoShield who wanted to share extermination service offerings with me. Typically I default to "no" for any kind of sales, but the pitch was informative and factual, and considered my concerns.

After getting a detailed walkthrough of the services I selected and their benefits, I was shown a picture of who would come render the services a few hours later.

Ronald and Donald showed up promptly, introduced themselves, reconfirmed the services and gave me an overview for what they were about to do and about how long it would take. I was in a meeting when they arrived and by the time this short meeting ended, they had quickly finished their work and were preparing to leave. So I'm impressed with the speed and efficiency of their work.

I noticed a distinct kindness and professionalism from this company that sets them apart. From this experience alone, I feel comfortable recommending them to others.

The customer service is really great with this company. I spoke with a rep, Heather, today that was very helpful. She was able to explain my services and contract clearly and professionally. I appreciate her time and professionalism. The guys that have come to my home for services have also been great. Great service.

EcoShield provides a great service. We use them to keep ants and other insects out of the house. The technicians always knock on the door and update us before they do anything which is reassuring. The last technician JD was very professional. We needed an extra treatment inside the house and JD was courteous. He answered the questions we had and described the recommended treatment before applying it efficiently.

Marshall performed our quarterly service today. He asked if we had any issues and then told me exactly what services he was providing today. I appreciate the service. We have been pest free and they clean all cobwebs from the exterior of the house - a chore I hate, so it is very appreciated!  Marshall and every other team member I’ve encountered have been very professional and courteous. I recommend highly!

Wally came out to perform routine pest control maintenance. I informed him that we had a wasp nest under the eaves of the house. Wally cleaned the entire nest in no time, despite some overgrown tree branches being in the way. And he did it quickly! Thank you for your professionalism and excellent work, Wally.

Great service provided all the way around starting from my initial call. James was my inspector and was very thorough, knowledgeable & helpful. CEESAY was my exterminator who came the next day. He was extremely punctual (8:30 AM appointment), meticulous, very polite and showed concern for our pet bunny and the products used. I definitely recommend EcoShield.

The technician (Wally) arrived on time to perform 4 month inspection, introduced himself, and advised of the services he was prepared to provide. He explained the needs for the services and asked if we had any requests.  He wore a mask, due to current covid concerns and on entering residence, wore shoe coverings. He was courteous and professional at all times.
