  Kudos to PEDRO who came to service our yard which is well used by 3 active dogs. He was patient while I was corralling my dogs, was pleasant and had excellent communication. Job well done!!

  Living in Florida I was extremely excited to find a pest company for such a great value. Sadly, we were very disappointed. I highly recommend NOT using this company if you have an issue with pests. Don't get me wrong the sales person was phenomenal, definitely knew exactly what to say to sell you on their services. The initial service was alright, but they never even showed up for the second session but claimed they had so I had to call customer service to ask what happened. After speaking with customer service they sent someone out to service our home. The second service was NOTHING like the initial service and NOT worth the money. You would think if the services are ever other month they would spend more than 15 mins at your house. So after being disappointed AGAIN, we chose to cancel. It didn't stop there though, the company forced us to pay a cancellation fee even though I had specifically asked the sales person what their cancellation terms were in case I was not satisfied. After speaking with customer service they asked if I had fully read the agreement before signing it. I guess it was my fault for not reading it completely but at the time the sales person was extremely pushy and just wanted my credit card. I should've known better. So let me save you the hassle and advise you to just go down to your local Lowe's or Home Depot and purchase a pest control solution and service your yard yourself. You will most likely get better results. We didn't see a single difference in pests at the house after either of the services that were performed.

Your local office should have been more on top of things and offer free touch-up services to get your pest activity resolved.
