These guys are always conscientious and timely. They thoroughly look over the exterior, clean off the “bug gunk” and webs, and do so without really disrupting our household. Justin Cruz was fantastic and incredibly polite and respectful, and provided a recap of everything he did, or thankfully, didn’t see on this go around. Kevin performed my services today, and he did an outstanding job. He was prompt and courteous. He informed of what he had done around my entire home, and he went the extra mile in cleaning up cobwebs and treating the entire outside of the house. He was very thorough and polite. Highly recommend him as a technician for pest control services.

Don’t trust the sales people, they sell over priced service and tell lies. The sales person who solicited us when we bought our house last summer sold us on overpriced service. The Ecoshield salesman told my husband that the contract could be canceled at any time without fees. I attempted to cancel service and was told that our service price was “quite high”, and we could delay service for several months and then see if we would like to continue. After the delay in service, once informed of upcoming service in January, I called to cancel all together. The customer service rep informed that we had to pay to $200+ to discontinue service. My husband called to inform of the salesman’s claims about canceling. Customer service rep said they could only notate the account, but not cancel the contact without fee.

I do see that we have emailed you a copy of the service agreement that was signed, and one of our customer service reps was able to provide you with some resolutions.
