Craig has done an awesome job servicing our home in Gig Harbor. We had a carpenter ant issue that was underneath the siding of our house and he came straight away and helped solve the problem. He is knowledgeable, friendly and dutiful. He wants your home to be safe from pests. I give my highest recommendation to EcoShield and it's because of Craig.

The workers and customer service are very good.  I especially appreciated Dave in customer service who took care of my issue yesterday.  He was extremely courteous, professional and kind.  I hope he is paid well!

Our main problem were Elm Bugs and Box Elder Bugs.The technicians did a great job taking care of them.

I also want to compliment their customer service specialist, Dalia P. She was friendly and responsive while helping me to close my account after selling the property they were servicing.

These guys sign me up for pest control then show up in the pouring down rain to spray my house. What good is that?  And now it’s winter I don’t need pest control. But read the fine print there is a fee to cancel. Never trust someone who just shows up unsolicited at your door. And they want me to call them… rather than email… what’s the difference??? They just want to try and talk me out of my decision but don’t want to put it in a written form.

And now they want me to pay them to cancel. They don’t provide the service they charge for and they want money. I want to cancel and they want money.  We have cameras outside and the last visit he was here for 20 minutes and sat in his car half the time. But they still want money.

Our technicians do have an arsenal of products that are effective under the local weather, but we understand that it can be frustrating to think that the products were washed away by the rain. This unethical company has been a huge hassle. They did not perform any pest control aside from cleaning up spider webs outside. First visit they put out a bait station that soon filled with leaves and debris and was never re-baited. They inspected for rodent access in crawlspace and found none. Later, after I found rat evidence, I had them out twice to inspect (which took months to schedule.) The second time they sent contractors who clearly didn't know what they were doing who said that my (screened/sealed) attic vents were how rats were accessing my crawl space (??) and wanted to charge me $2800 to seal up the vents in my attic with tacked-on boards. Never mind the attic had no evidence of rats. I finally had to get under my deck to locate and seal off the hole in the foundation and hired another company to clean out the crawl space. When I called to fire them, they wanted to charge me an additional $165 to close the account. Never mind that I already paid them more than $800 to do less than nothing. Stay FAR away from this absolute scam of a company.
