  We've used Economy Exterminators for over two years and have been very pleased with their service as they've successfully addressed several pest issues. Their office staff is friendly and very accommodating with regard to schedule, and they don't hesitate to provide service if needed between bimonthly appointments. And, the technician who typically services our home, Keith Arrington, is great. He's personable, knowledgeable, and always willing to investigate and address new issues that may have arisen.

  Matt was very professional and honest. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell services. He did a thorough inspection at no charge and gave detailed information so I could make the best decision. The service exterminators we're on time for the scheduled appointment and we're incredibly friendly. They explained exactly what they would be doing and made sure there were no safety concerns about the products. One of the exterminators was being trained and as a manager myself, I recognized that the trainer was patient and thorough. He is a good trainer and the new employee got a clinic in soft skills like customer service. Finally, the termite exterminator arrived a few days later on time for the appointment and was also very friendly. He went above and beyond even cleaning up sand that spilled from a torn bag that I moved. Everyone is very profession and each had outstanding customer service skills. I am very impressed by this company and the people they hire. The service is great and very reasonably priced, with guarantees where they will come back and treat problem areas if needed between scheduled treatments at no charge. I have referred them to all of my family and friends because you do not run in to quality service and companies like this much anymore.
