Had a sales person come to my house and give me a quote. They spent a total of 5 minutes with me. He didn't take anytime to evaluate the problem. All he did was stick a flashlight under my stove and wrote up an estimate. He didn't take any time to evaluate the rest of the house. I got the feeling like he just didn't care and was in a hurry. When I asked questions he gave me really short answers and did not elaborate to much. I didn't end up going with them because I didn't feel like the service was that great. They did have the best price but I guess you get what you pay for.

Anyone who uses a  Koala for their picture of course proves their validity.

We are very pleased with their professionalism, thoroughness, and the excellent job they do each time they are there.  We have had no problems with insects or other arthropods since they have been our pest control company.

Excellent service tech. And the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Their rates are affordable and they are very thorough. Highly recommend to everyone!

Very dissatisfied with service and performance!  Website shows wasp control. We had wasps and when I called they said they don't do wasp control...woman said "buy some wasp spray"!  Had signs of ants.  Reported on a Wednesday and couldn't get an appointment until Monday because they're closed on weekends.  Latest event....had scheduled maintenance last Tuesday...noticed ants on Saturday but they're closed on weekends so I called another pest control company who pointed out ants and droppings just 5 days after Econo performed maintenance service.  Spoke with owner or manager and he told me to listen to him or "go F yourself". Requested refund of $75 service maintenance charge but they refused

Typical Business in this area that takes advantage of elderly retirees with high pressure sales tactics and solicitation of unwanted services. Everything is an issue to get you to add a service and needs attention except it wasn't an issue in the first place. Truly Nolan isn't any better in Englewood. Guess its just part of SWFL life for these rednecks to constantly try to take advantage of you. This area is garbage when it comes to customer service overall in the service industry here. Maybe its the sun or rip off arist is just in the blood down here. I look forward to finding an honest service tech here. One day lol. But, no it's sad not funny at all.

Funny we have never serviced a "Jones Jones"we also do not solicit our services or business. This is some LUNKER  wanting to review us due to some other problems he has or made up.  We have been "Best of Englewood" for 25 out of the 33 years we have been in business. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce as well as numerous state organizations and have appoz 7,000 satisfied customers. go ahead and believe everything you see on the internet?
My business partner and I are from the Northeast and not rednecks. I believe the dislike this person has for our great state should leave him to go somewhere else.
