We went through this company to inspect our first ever home and they did a spectacular job. Mike was very careful to answer my questions ( I watch a lot of Holmes on homes) and even though they hit a bit of a time crunch through no fault of their own, the report was very thorough and was complete with pictures and notations that were easy to understand as well as a clear view of what the home buyer should be concerned about. Mike also said we were free to call him with any questions if need be. The receptionists were pleasant AND helpful and that is a rare find in this day and age. They offered me references to call when I asked and returned my calls or emails promptly. This business is a testament to personal, small town service and could easily compete with any big city company. They are a feather in the cap of Torrington. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I currently live in Phoenix and am relocating and buying a house in Cheyenne. The guys @ Dunne Inspection Services were so very helpful with my millions of questions. They were very responsive and professional. They gave me advice and things to consider when moving into my new home. I am going in this blind so I'm so grateful for the help that they've given me along with their patience. I will definitely refer them to anyone who might need an inspector! Thank you guys so much!!

Mike and Ashley were great to work with. We were able to schedule an inspection same week, had results that evening, and Mike and his crew were very professional and thorough as they inspected the house. Definitely one of the easiest parts of the home buying process.
