  On time. Derrick was friendly and professional. Took time to answer all my wife’s questions and explain in detail what he recommended and then what service he was going to perform. He made sure to emphasize what would be necessary for our safety after the procedure. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

  I recently had an exterminator come and was left with more bugs so I called this company, they told me to wait more time and try to stick it out with who I already had to be fair to me and the previous company. I really appreciate their honesty. Even though I didn't use their services, I always appreciate when people are not greedy. Thank you.

  I grew up in Connecticut and have quickly learned that colder weather means smaller bugs. Thank God for Drive-Bye Exterminators!! I do not see big bugs often and when I do they are usually dead. I have called Drive-Bye Exterminators between their quarterly sprays because of big wolf spiders or ants. They come out usually that day or the next!! Super responsive and not to mention the team is so nice and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone especially if you hate big bugs like I do.
