  RUDE STAFF. My husband was treated very poorly today by a man stacking shelves when he asked for help. The stacking BOY (I say boy because grown man treat people with respect) snapped at him when he asked for help finding something, he rudely snapped "theyre right behind you!!" Didnt even look up or stop to help. What kind of people are you hiring there? Will not be returning.

  Very helpful and patient staff. I just bought and installed a Vermont Casting wood stove from them. I installed it myself and Lisa and Jim were very focused and responsive on answering all my questions. Quite honestly I contacted another local business that carries the same stove brand and it took them 3 weeks to respond to my simple request for product information. If I waited 3 minutes for a response from Lisa that was a long time. Thank you
