  It was a great place. But it was shut down and reopened up the street and the new place is such an amazing dollar general. And the people that work there are the best people in the world. So helpful and nice. Can't ask For a better place to shop.

  Its the largest Dollar General store I have seen. They offer a large variety of cold/frozen food. They offer more items but the isles are very spacious. The cashier was amazing, wish I would have gotten her name.. (she had purple/blue hair) she went above and beyond to help and be friendly to everyone. The only issue was they had just open a few hours prior and the credit/ debit card machine had went down so it was cash only. They will be staying open until 10.

  I love this place! There is, at least 6 "Dollar Generals" that are in a 5 mile radius, from my home. I could visit anyone of them, but I choose to shop at the Sumiton Plaza, Dollar General because the day shift girl's, that work here, are amazing! They're friendly, and VERY helpful! I visit this store at least 2 times a week... in and out within minutes, very convenient with a great selection of goods.
