  I visit this store often. Regardless of my frequent stops, the service is always exceptional. In today's case, (1-22-20) the Manager Lorrie, while cleaning a spill, helped me in six different occasions with supreme kindness despite her task on hand. She was well aware of product locations, and substitute suggestions. Her staff is on point too. From Dollar General selling everything, (except vehicles it seems) to it's staff leading in professionalism, courtesies, and compassion for the clients that visit, they set the standard high for any business. Thank you Kentuck Dollar General.

  The morning manager is very very rude and will walk right pass you and not speak or part her lips to say anything to you but if you have a question about an item she gives you a very quick response like she really don’t want to be bothered or maybe she don’t want to be bothered with “certain people”! These managers and employees need to be held accountable because if it wasn’t for customers they wouldn’t have a job!!

  My husband and I visited this store today. One of the associates accused my husband of trying to steal a set of knives. He was trying to bring them to me at the register. She tried to apologize, but the damage was done. They will never have to worry about getting any more of my business.
