So, I see our local Dollar General has extended hours today, Thanksgiving Day. I'm sure this is a decision from those at corporate that will get to enjoy the holiday with their families, while they make employees work.If anything, store hours should be reduced for today. I guess the bottom dollar means more to them, then letting their employees be able to enjoy this day.
The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of the employees. DG itself, I give no stars because of this greedy practice. The girl working register was actually crying.

Bad customer service, the older lady had a bag attitude when we checked out

They keep it pretty neat here. Not always as much stock as some other Dollar Tree stores but it's smaller and we enjoy going there with the kids. We find nice items for schooling and fun stuff. Staff is pleasant.

Worst customer service! Called and asked a “manager on duty” to check and see if they had something in stock. She told me she was too busy. I asked if there was a manager or any other employee that could look since it’s out of our way to go to this store and didn’t want to go there if they didn’t have it. She told me that she was the manager on duty and that no one could help me. Didn’t ask if she could call me back. Didn’t ask me to call back just hung up on me!!  Dollar general as a whole has got to sh*t but especially the ones in Wardensville and Baker, WV!! If I could give you negative stars, I would!

This store is very nice. The Staff is freindly, especially Mrs. Edna. She helped me find what I was looking for.

Good place to get what you need nothing all to special about it really just a normal DG

Nice place, very tight areas too move when freight is in to stock shelves all in all a nice store to get things quick

Great staff, clean store. Anyone I ask for help always pleasant and knows just where stock I'm looking for is.

It's a much needed general store in a small isolated town. Selection and prices are fair employees are friendly.
