  Bob from Dodson pest control called me to set up an inspection the day after requesting service. Note, the email went out on Sunday, so the turnaround was really quick. After we connected, Bob came to the home, inspected and was able to treat the same day. Bob was very thorough in his inspection and treatment. He was also pleasant and professional. I received five-star super-fast service and I really liked that it is a small business, not a giant chain. From email requesting service to quote and treatment was 1.5 days. I never imagined my ant problem would be solved that quickly. I have not seen one ant since treatment. Treatment was done on the inside and outside of the house with spray and granular (outside only with granular). I am confident the ants are not getting back in anytime soon.

  We are so grateful to Dodson Pest Control! Our house was torn apart waiting for another technician from another company to come help us exterminate an infestation of roaches. When that technician bailed on us (and didn't even alert us), we called Dodson. They were more than gracious to accommodate our emergency, and we had a tech out in less than 2 hours who took care of the first installment. The price is great, and the owner himself took the time to discuss, in depth, the treatments, how safe they are, how they work, and the protocol for service. The office manager is very pleasant and extremely helpful. Each month we can count on our service tech to come out and do a very professional job, and we appreciate actually getting to know him. By the way, best of all? Our roach issue is disappearing. Dodson is tops in our book for quality, environmental-and-people-friendly pest solutions, timeliness, cost, and customer service!!!
