  Dennis the Menace was able to send someone in 1 day to inspect and treat my house. The other local companies weren't available for 2 weeks' even though their websites said "same day service." IMark was informative and professional. I would rate this company 5 out of 5 stars.

  The company said if I paid for their service we’d have “8 months of guaranteed service when there was mouse activity”. The gentleman came out and put traps around. I called them when I smelled a dead mouse and the response from the owner was that we wouldn’t be able to smell it, so I had to push it. When the man came back there were 2 dead mice so not only was he incorrect but also rude. They came out twice then I had a bunch of mouse droppings in my kitchen at about 4 months in to paying them and I called 3 times. They never responded nor did they ever come back. I’m really upset. I also had a nest in my basement with droppings coming down the wall and he said he couldn’t clean it unless there was an additional fee but then they put it off and stopped coming so it was a waste of almost $300. I’d look elsewhere. I wish there was someone I could call to have them finish what they started but the owner is so unresponsive and rude it’s not worth my time. The next time I have to use a service I’ll get a contract in writing etc. we’ve caught 4 more mice on our own so no thanks to Dennis the Menace for their assistance.

  The best service ever , they are taking care of my business Primo pizza and Roast beef in Lynn ma for many years Great team work Mark is a great inspector , very friendly and full of experience also Ashley the office manager is an Excellent person , very professional and very helpful .
