  Ever since Cvs has taken over all of neighbor Care‘s patients a few years back this place has gone seriously downhill. If you go through the drive-through you wait an obscene amount of time just to pick up a prescription to be told that it’s not ready when you dropped it off two days prior. Or if it’s ready it wasn’t properly ran through the insurance or insurance magically knew longer covers this med. They are very short with their customers and some are clueless As to where products are located. Now the store associates that don’t work the pharmacy area are great. I wish it was two separate reviews for this Cvs. I avoid going to this pharmacy at all cost. something so simple like an antibiotic can take hours to even wait for. I feel as though they took on so many customers that they don’t get to give their current customers the care that they deserve.

  Every time every freaking time this place has a several hour to several day wait for any percription. I have been sitting in the drive through for over 30 minutes and have not moved only after waiting in line inside for 20 plus minutes to even drop off a percription. This place is a joke.

  outstanding !!! spoke to Liz at 11pm had some serious problems . she was very knowledgeable she helped me and reassured me about my concerns thank you
