  Appearently this CVS has different return policies than every other CVS. I purchased a makeup product and opened it (did not use it) and realized I had bought the wrong color so went to return it about 10 minutes later. I was told that they cannot do returns on opened products. I have made this mistake before and always been able to return the items. The manager was very rude about the situation and told me no returns are allowed on makeup products. I researched their return policy online which said all makeup products should be able to be returned. Clearly they only care about money, not their customers or happiness with products.

  Do not shop here. Rudest employees I have ever met. Hung up on me when I called for asking a simple question and screamed at me in store to pull my mask above my nose (could’ve asked politely) Horribly run store needs better management BADLY

  Only writing this review to shoutout Ty and the other super helpful girl (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) who helped me with my coupon troubles tonight. You guys were so helpful and sweet. And thank you Ty for the recommendations of sunscreen, you both were so sweet and you made my night :)
