Worst experience ever, although I had a prescription she didn't fill it, they said we would be texted by 6 with the confirmation of filling it.. they closed at 6 so I drove up with my wife to see if my antibiotics had at least been filled was just diagnosed with ammonia luckily due to my follow up I did get that. I am 62 and have never had that bad customer service.  It is my opinion that she's racist, I'm native American, Choctaw

Worst pharmacy ever they have 1000 people working and don’t know buy no shit😡. They always trying to charge you for your prescription I have to tell him that my prescription is free then I have to wait additional 20min for them to process. Remind you is 20  people working

This pharmacy is always understaffed and crowded. They don't open new checkouts even when there are 7 people in line. If you're trying to pick up prescriptions quickly, switch pharmacies

This is NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened!   I have a Dr's appt, in Anne Arundel Co. The Dr will send RX's to CVS on Compass Rd.  I get a text they've been rcvd.  Me and the spouse will go have dinner, to waste an 1-1½hrs. I'll rcv 2- texts giving confusing info. Like the time for refill is too doom.  Then a text saying it's processed!   So, I call about the other 2- remaining RX's, and they are processing them right now.  I'll still be on the other side of the Key Bridge.   Okay, so we've Arrived 40-50 mins later, only 1 RX is ready???

Dear Pharmacist and Pharmacist Tech,
If you hate your jobs and your customers this much, please choose different careers. Simply being told “no” when one arrives for a scheduled vaccine appointment is unacceptable. Waiting 30 minutes to be told no because of poor customer service is substandard. The overall attitudes from the both of you- deplorable. Scheduled a vaccine appointment for the next day at the CVS in Target and it was perfect. Never again CVS on Compass Road… never again.
